Principal Responsibilities
  • Develop trustful relationships with key stakeholders to establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead client discussions on product vision and end-user needs.
  • Elicit complex requirements and manage backlogs considering multiple platforms.
  • Build shared understanding of product requirements among all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Drive strategic product roadmaps that balance business value, technical complexity, dependencies, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with designers for best-in-class user experiences within technical constraints.
  • Facilitate scope management and feature prioritization conversations.
Core Qualifications
  • Strong English Language proficiency (C1 or C2).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related role.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Backend technologies.
  • Firm grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and integration into product development.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across different roles and technical backgrounds.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and platform-specific risks.
  • Robust documentation and technical writing skills, including proficiency in user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, API documentation, and other methods.
