Job Opportunity in Water and Wastewater Project Management

Job Description:
  • Manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning, as well as large, complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • C coordinate the work of engineers and balance the planning/design team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies.
  • Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document preparation in conjunction with other staff members.
  • Coordinate workload throughout the entire project development process and ensure timely completion of documents.
  • Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort with the team to meet schedule parameters.
  • Work with senior management and project controllers for project reviews.
  • Perform technical analyses and report preparation.
  • Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Seven years related experience.
  • A minimum two years of project management experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience is required; Access experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
