We seek a seasoned executive to drive business growth and financial performance across multiple countries and product lines.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a strategy to expand our presence in Latin America, collaborating with senior stakeholders in Coverage, Credit, Product, Finance, and Control functions.
- Oversee financial management for our subsidiary banking portfolio, including profit-and-loss management, balance sheet optimization, revenue tracking, and expense discipline.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities through partnerships with Coverage Bankers and Product Partners.
- Maintain close oversight on credit risk, operational risk, and compliance matters impacting our subsidiary banking business.
- Lead governance routines and drive efficiency through process improvements, automation of reporting, and enhanced data analytics.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Business Management, or Strategy roles, preferably in a multinational financial institution.
- A deep understanding of corporate banking products (lending, liquidity, payments, markets, and trade finance).
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, capital management, and profitability metrics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple seniority levels and geographies.
