Senior Corporate Banking Business Manager

This role requires a high level of financial acumen and the ability to drive business performance, financial discipline, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence across multiple countries and product lines. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Latin America Subsidiary Banking and the regional leadership team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Subsidiary Banking business in Latin America, aligned with global corporate banking objectives.
  • Owning financial oversight for the Subsidiary Banking portfolio, including P&L management, balance sheet optimization, revenue tracking, and expense discipline.
  • Partner with Coverage Bankers and Product Partners to deepen relationships with existing clients and capture new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong oversight on credit risk, operational risk, and compliance matters impacting the Subsidiary Banking business.
  • Lead governance routines, including business reviews, pipeline calls, budget meetings, and senior leadership updates.
Required Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Business Management, or Strategy roles, preferably in a multinational financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products (lending, liquidity, payments, markets, and trade finance).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, capital management, and profitability metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple seniority levels and geographies.
