Position Overview:
As a Network Operations Center Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in managing network issues and coordinating with vendors for break/fix solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve all reported network incidents while facilitating vendor coordination.
  • Lead and track Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee changes to network software and hardware, reviewing and approving change records as necessary.
  • Administer network monitoring tools, focusing on capacity and configuration management.
  • Provide implementation support by collaborating with various teams to validate network setups.
  • Engage in client lifecycle management, assisting in setup, support, and decommissioning processes.
  • Support Global Infrastructure Services projects, contributing to the maintenance of the corporate network.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, leveraging your extensive experience in the technology sector.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprises.
  • Proficient in technologies such as routers, switches, network protocols, VPN, DNS/DHCP, proxies, firewalls, and wireless packet capture.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Deep understanding of various technologies within the technology portfolio.
  • Familiarity with Visio, PowerPoint, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree is preferred.

Certifications:
Vendor certifications are preferred.
