Role of a Solutions Engineer:

Commonly referred to as a "Pre-Sales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant," the Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in showcasing product offerings and architecture to potential clients, instilling confidence in the company's technological capabilities, and addressing any technical concerns during the sales process. Success in this role requires a strong inclination to utilize both technical and sales expertise, including the ability to gather business requirements, devise a technical sales approach, configure, and effectively demonstrate solutions that meet these needs and deliver business value.

Your Contribution to the Team:

  • Comprehend customer requirements and position Salesforce's offerings as the optimal solution to their challenges.
  • Create and deliver tailored demonstrations of Salesforce products.
  • Exhibit extensive knowledge of the customer's technology landscape as it relates to Salesforce's solutions.
  • Engage in relevant product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to maintain the knowledge essential for effectiveness in the role.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets set by management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary based on territory alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate within a team to address technical challenges in diverse environments.
  • Familiarity with related applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Ability to create compelling value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Experience in the industry.
  • Background in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Basic programming knowledge in HTML and other web technologies.
