Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, collaborating with demand generation teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field
  • Operationally and analytically minded, with experience working on marketing or operations teams
  • Quick learner: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies
  • Highly organized and a strong planner: excellent organizational, project management, and execution skills
  • Analytical: experience examining quantitative data, drawing insightful conclusions, and reporting findings
  • Sharer of best practices: enjoys identifying winning strategies and sharing them with others
  • Customer-centric: approaches work with an emphasis on understanding customers and delivering value
  • Effective communicator: clearly presents and communicates findings to stakeholders
