Job Title: Content Manager

Becoming a content manager at our organization is an exciting opportunity to create compelling media assets that position us as the employer of choice.

This role involves collaborating with engineering and talent acquisition teams to develop strategies behind landing pages, including layout and messaging.

  • We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, at least 3 years of experience as a content writer in B2B, and a willingness to engage with products and markets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and the role content plays in the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with talent acquisition leadership to understand recruiting trends and persona-based employee value propositions.
  2. Develop rough landing page wireframes for design and dev teams.
  3. Refine complex technical writing into landing page revisions.
  4. Create original copy that is compelling, on-brand, and focused on promoting our engineering brand.
  5. Assemble elements to create a story and develop headlines and titles.
  6. Track, measure, and report on performance using analytics to identify key trends.
  7. Report and track potential issues/bugs via project management tools.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a content writer in B2B.
  • Willingness to engage with products and markets and gain expertise in both.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and the role content plays in the marketing funnel.
  • Knowledge of SEO and writing for the web.
  • Ability to use data to analyze and improve content performance.

Preferred qualifications include experience with content ideation, development, and copywriting for blogs, careers websites, job board articles, talent media, and social campaigns.
