Developing Effective Communication Strategies
This role involves developing and executing communication strategies that drive business growth and support our brand vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, marketing, and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication plans.
- Create high-impact marketing materials with a focus on customer engagement and business development.
- Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
- Monitor communication metrics, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision.
- Manage an internal database for design assets, ensuring quick and easy access to resources.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
- Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area.
- Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools, such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Suite.
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts.
- CPUX or other design certifications.
