Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful results for clients. Leveraging your expertise in consulting, data analytics, and economics, you will solve complex problems and deliver tangible value.

The Intelligence & Data Solutions team consists of data scientists, analysts, and engineers who provide innovative analytics solutions. Our goal is to unlock the potential of VisaNet, one of the largest datasets globally, to enhance client performance and increase profitability.

We are seeking a problem-solver with strong analytical and quantitative skills to address strategic needs for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and deploy advanced analytical models and techniques, extract insights from large datasets, and create actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain exceptional internal relationships
  • Design and implement analytical models and techniques within the organization and for clients
  • Work with large volumes of data, extracting and manipulating datasets using standard tools
  • Cleanse, analyze, and visualize large data sets
  • Develop and validate advanced data mining tools and algorithms
  • Utilize Visa's data and analytic capabilities to develop and implement consulting analytical solutions
  • Identify relevant market trends and interact with stakeholders to define analysis and initiatives
  • Present innovative ideas to improve current business practices
  • Perform client-specific analysis on portfolio data
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced degree
  • 6+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 years in Banking or Payments Industry
  • Strong interest in the future of payments
  • Experience in retail banking, payments, financial services, and/or technology industries
  • Prior proven experience in CRM to manage and develop ad-hoc analysis or models
  • Proven hands-on experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and knowledge of visualization tools
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and presentational skills
  • Strong teamwork, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task various projects while meeting deadlines
