Job Summary:
We seek a Power Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing Medium Voltage Drive products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement power electronic solutions for products and projects.
- Enhance product designs to meet market requirements.
- Review and improve product design and performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of detailed design and technical support for manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Manage cost-out activities within the power electronics family, focusing on Medium Voltage Drives.
- Support the team in resolving technical issues related to current projects, equipment under test, or in-service platforms.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Design FMEA.
- Collaborate with other units to share best practices and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A strong technical background in power electronics and electrical engineering.
- Leadership experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
