
Regional Community Manager

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to drive user growth and retention in the southeast Asia market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Community Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain a loyal fan base in the local market, including identifying opportunities for engagement and optimizing community initiatives.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content that resonates with fans, leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC) and Profession-generated content (PGC) to enhance brand reputation and increase social media reach.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with core users, fans in the local market, and organize regular online and offline events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
Operational Management:
- Schedule Optimization: Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all community initiatives, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with mobile games and gaming communities to develop corporation events and create gaming-related topics, driving user engagement and loyalty.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze user and community data, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to optimize operational strategies and inform decision-making.
- Benchmarking Insights: Prepare monthly user and community reports, providing actionable insights for optimization and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, user operations, or gaming community management, preferably with international brands or in the mobile gaming industry.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms, user behavior, and gaming communities in the local market, with a keen interest in industry trends and developments.
