Product Operations Specialist

This role is part of our product operations team, focused on helping merchants understand and use our food delivery platform tools.
- Create clear guides and how-to materials for merchant users.
- Answer product-related questions from local teammates and merchant clients.
- Review and polish content to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support product localization and communication with cross-functional teams.
For this position, we are looking for someone with:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or English.
- Fluency in Portuguese, with solid writing skills in both.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to explain things simply.
- Interest in product operations, localization, or the food delivery industry.
