Network Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Transformation Specialist with expertise in Aruba networks to lead our team's network infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop future design and network topology as per industry best practices based on analysis of survey reports and existing network data.
  • Participate in strategic office and factory network projects for services like LAN/WLAN implementation and migration.
  • Update network equipment to the latest firmware & IOS releases ensuring smooth network operations.
  • Collaborate with WAN service providers for LAN network migration and routing changes.
  • Create high-level design, low-level design, and runbook for site network migration projects.
  • Interface with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure project delivery within defined service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of work experience in the network domain, preferably in large and complex network transformation (LAN and WAN).
  • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Aruba Network Connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise Switching - Core, Distribution & Access, and Aruba WLAN Networking.
  • Deep working knowledge of networking technologies including Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols.
  • Working experience in NAC (Aruba ClearPass), IRIS tool, and Aruba Central.
  • Desired Certifications: CCNA & CCNP Certifications or equivalent Aruba Certifications.
  • Basic working knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall.
  • Knowledge of Aruba SDLAN deployment is preferred.
