Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our dealer networks according to established laws and conventions, with a focus on optimizing performance and executing regional strategies. This involves conducting market studies, performing strategic analyses, and preparing materials for key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prospect, analyze, and approve potential investors
  • Conduct market research to inform dealer network movement actions
  • Develop strategic regional plans to define medium- and long-term movements
  • Negotiate directly with dealers to manage terminations and nominations
  • Calculate indemnities in accordance with Ferrari Law
  • Oversee sales and after-sales operations
  • Manage store architecture and brand standards
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Possess project leadership experience
  • Have consolidated experience in distribution management within the agriculture or automotive industry
  • Demonstrate intermediate or advanced English skills
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
