Your impact

Responsable for the management of AGCO's brands (Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Fendt) dealer networks accordig to Ferrari law and brands conventions, with focus in performance improvement and dealer network transformation (project fewer, larger and stronger).

Your experience and qualifications

  • Prospect, analyze and approve groups interested in investing in AGCO
  • Carry out market studies focused on dealer network movement actions
  • Carry out strategic regional studies to define movements in the medium and long term.
  • Preparation of material for the Concession Approval Committee (CAC)
  • Negotiation directly with the dealer network (holders) in termination and nomination processes
  • Indemnity Calculations (Ferrari Law)
  • Sales and After Sales (Start of operation in general)
  • Architecture (Store opening / facilities and brand standards)
  • Complete Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related areas
  • Project leadership experience
  • Consolidated experience in Distribution management (other names: Dealer Network Development or Dealer
  • Network strategic planning or Dealer Development) or Processes areas, in the Agriculture or Automotive (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, etc) segment industry
  • Intermediary or advanced English (conversation skill)
  • MS Office (Strong in Power Ponit and Excel)
