AGCO is part of the solution Join us in making your contribution.Your impactResponsable for the management of AGCO's brands (Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Fendt) dealer networks accordig to Ferrari law and brands conventions, with focus in performance improvement and dealer network transformation (project fewer, larger and stronger).
Your experience and qualificationsProspect, analyze and approve groups interested in investing in AGCOCarry out market studies focused on dealer network movement actionsCarry out strategic regional studies to define movements in the medium and long term.Preparation of material for the Concession Approval Committee (CAC)Negotiation directly with the dealer network (holders) in termination and nomination processesIndemnity Calculations (Ferrari Law)Sales and After Sales (Start of operation in general)Architecture (Store opening / facilities and brand standards)Complete Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related areasProject leadership experienceConsolidated experience in Distribution management (other names: Dealer Network Development or DealerNetwork strategic planning or Dealer Development) or Processes areas, in the Agriculture or Automotive (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, etc) segment industryIntermediary or advanced English (conversation skill)MS Office (Strong in Power Ponit and Excel)Your benefitsMedical and dental assistance; Private pension;Meal and food vouchers;Pharmacy agreement and life insurance;PROPARYour place of workJundiaí-SP (hybrid)We value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
