Join us in making your contribution.Your impactResponsible for the management of AGCO's brands (Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and Fendt) dealer networks according to Ferrari law and brand conventions, with a focus on performance improvement and dealer network transformation (project fewer, larger, and stronger).
Your experience and qualificationsProspect, analyze, and approve groups interested in investing in AGCOConduct market studies focused on dealer network movement actionsPerform strategic regional studies to define medium- and long-term movementsPrepare material for the Concession Approval Committee (CAC)Negotiate directly with the dealer network (holders) in termination and nomination processesCalculate indemnities (Ferrari Law)Manage Sales and After Sales (general start of operations)Oversee architecture (store opening, facilities, and brand standards)Complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldsHave project leadership experiencePossess consolidated experience in Distribution management (Dealer Network Development or Dealer Network strategic planning or Dealer Processes) within the Agriculture or Automotive industryIntermediate or advanced English skills (conversation)Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)Your benefitsMedical and dental assistance; private pension; meal and food vouchers; pharmacy agreement and life insurance; PROPARYour place of workWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
