**Job Summary:**
As a Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our PremierOne product. You'll be responsible for managing the backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the product roadmap. Your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs will be invaluable assets in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop strategic relationships with UI/UX teams and work collaboratively with research and design colleagues
- Actively participate in initiative and epic refinement as an integral member of the Product Management team
- Responsible for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog, including user stories, defects, and research spikes
- Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the preparatory work for release and sprint planning, including coordination of dependencies with other POs
- Contribute to the roadmap
- Involved in release planning, reviewing vision, and content presentations to assigned engineering team(s)
- Collaborate with the team to detail user stories with acceptance criteria
- Maintain the proper flow of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in the backlog
- Agree on accepted story completion, including validating that the story meets acceptance criteria and that it complies with the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Understand the scope of needed research spikes and collaborate with Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures
- Collaborate with the team and any other stakeholders in the team demo
- Lead and participate in the appropriate agile ceremonies

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product ownership, product planning, product management, or engineering
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Technical Knowledge of Enterprise Hardware Platforms
- Firm understanding of software design, user interaction, and user interface design
- Deep technical knowledge in software development methodologies
- Technical skills and knowledge of on-prem or cloud services and development
- Align with the enhanced focus on prioritizing and developing important aspects of mission-critical products, such as availability, reliability, and stability
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
- Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new projects alongside customer feedback
- Strong ability to take complex user requirements and distill them into a format that is intuitive and clear to developers as well as non-technical staff
- Ability to research and analyze project requirements from various stakeholders
- Build consensus among stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multi-task among various assignments
- Understanding of product management and product ownership principles
- Fluent in English
