The role of an Application Support Specialist involves delivering technical and functional support for critical business applications. This includes maintenance, quality control, EHS, production monitoring, IoT integration, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for applications such as LIMS, EHS-INTELEX, DIMEP, MATICS, ST-One, and THINGWORX.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and change requests to ensure timely resolution with minimal business disruption.
  • Monitor application health, performance, and integrations to prevent downtime and optimize system efficiency.
  • Support end users across multiple countries and languages, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  • Collaborate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure applications meet business needs in areas such as maintenance, quality management, EHS, production monitoring, and access control.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, EHS, or IoT environments is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese language required.
  • Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Experience with SQL, Windows, Azure, and integration platforms is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and support users in multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and real-time production monitoring is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Multilingual support capabilities (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) are preferred.
