About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to join our team as an industrial maintenance expert. As an SMB Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our small and medium industrial clients by guiding them through our solutions, addressing their maintenance challenges, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in maintenance, production, or industrial operations. They will possess practical knowledge of factory floor dynamics and maintenance processes, as well as strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities include providing hands-on support to clients, monitoring performance metrics, delivering on-site training, collaborating with client teams, and supporting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. The successful candidate will also require a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through our solutions to address their maintenance challenges.
  • Monitor performance metrics and engage proactively to reduce downtime and improve maintenance strategies.
  • Deliver on-site training and guidance on predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify and address key operational pain points.
  • Support up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, production, or industrial operations, ideally as a coordinator or supervisor.
  • Practical knowledge of factory floor dynamics and maintenance processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot and CRM systems is a plus.
