Financial Account Manager

This role focuses on managing owner accounts receivable collections via email-based communication. As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, you will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets as necessary.
The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment when handling sensitive or tense interactions, track and document all communications in spreadsheets and/or CRMs, and draft written messages that align with the tone and intent of each situation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage owner accounts receivable collections primarily through email correspondence.
- Follow a structured reminder and escalation schedule with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to achieve collection goals and improve overall performance.
- Identify potential issues behind payment delays and communicate effectively with clients to resolve these matters.
- Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets as required.
