This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth team and play a critical role in sales funnel development, prospecting new business, and qualifying leads that fuel long-term revenue.
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for launching and managing outbound outreach to strategic accounts through email, phone, and social channels. You will also qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage outbound outreach campaigns to strategic accounts.
- Qualify leads by identifying pain points, timing, and fit for our offerings.
- Use tools like Apollo and Gong to scale and personalize outreach.
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Track pipeline metrics, feedback, and lead quality to improve process and performance.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting.
- Proven ability to book qualified meetings and hit outbound KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours for real-time outreach and team collaboration.
