  • Develop, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud and On-Premise solutions (FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS, ARCS, HFM, etc.) to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective EPM strategies and gather requirements for successful project execution.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Deliver high-quality technical documentation and training to client teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service and support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS, ARCS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Experience with metadata management, business rules, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud.
  • Experience working with multinational clients.
  • Exposure to LATAM regulatory and reporting requirements.
