Automotive Maintenance Technician

This role involves providing assistance in the maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles and equipment. The individual will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicles and machinery, ensuring accurate placement of parts and components.
  • Transport tools, measuring instruments, and parts using appropriate means, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Separate and store maintenance parts and components in designated containers, adhering to quality management systems.
  • Repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in vehicles and equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
  • Clean areas, machinery, and tools to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Perform general lubrication tasks in machinery and vehicles, following established procedures.
  • Operate support equipment such as forklifts and cranes under close supervision.
  • Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles, using visual checks and diagnostic tools to identify potential issues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as automotive technology or engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to new environments.
