About the role
This position will manage strategic customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and presenting commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordinating internal functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Building and managing sales forecasts and overseeing customer portfolios.
- Leading account planning for major clients, managing BID negotiations, and identifying new project opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
