We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to manage our customer relationships and provide exceptional technical support.
- Deliver top-notch technical service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies to effectively assess and guarantee quality for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to customize solutions for customers.
- Manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in API management and technical communication.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and speak other languages a plus.
