Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to manage our customer relationships and provide exceptional technical support.

  • Deliver top-notch technical service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies to effectively assess and guarantee quality for our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer business and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to customize solutions for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in API management and technical communication.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and speak other languages a plus.
