We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional support services to our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance with SAP products.
About the Role- Deliver top-notch support by conducting root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents reported by global customers.
- Analyze and report bugs to the Development Support department.
- Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Monitor critical support incidents.
- Evaluate SLAs adherence and ensure 24x7 support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You'll have the chance to work on meaningful projects, develop your debugging skills, and contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Requirements- Programming logic skills.
- Knowledge in ERP/payroll business processes and systems would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
- Problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Flexible approach to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
