Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our team in designing, developing and testing solutions to automate processes, activities and tasks through RPA and Power Platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and testing solutions to automate processes, activities and tasks through RPA and Power Platform
  • Leading a team of high-performing software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated and contented while achieving their objectives
  • Being the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities
  • Creating document libraries, custom lists and their corresponding features
  • Designing, implementing and supporting RPA, PowerApps and Power Automate solutions
  • Being responsible for enhancements and new development
  • Maintaining and enhancing engagement with business, continuous improvement and IT partners
  • Promoting, enhancing and maintaining technical knowledge via benchmarking, seminars, webinars etc.
  • Mentoring & retaining a high-performance team of junior developers
  • Assigning team responsibilities/work allocations, maintaining job descriptions, monitoring competency building, tasks and quality
  • Developing performance standards and communicating the Key Result Areas (KRAs)

You will have extensive experience developing enterprise–level applications with IPA tools, a degree in computer science or relevant field, and experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience developing enterprise-level applications with IPA tools
  • A degree in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus
  • Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users
  • Strong experience using UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator)
  • 2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs
