This role is centered on shaping the future of payment methods in Latin America. As a key player, you will oversee the strategy, vision, and execution for core payments products in one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and drive product strategy across Latin America for core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers, focusing on customer needs, regional requirements, and global scalability.
- BUILD and develop a team of high-performing product managers, raising the bar on product thinking, execution, and accountability, and fostering a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and measurable outcomes.
- Simplify the regional product portfolio to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption, driving clarity on what we stop, start, and scale based on customer impact and business value.
- Collaborate with commercial, engineering, partnerships, and compliance teams to bring products to market, improve performance, and solve hard problems.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with 8+ years leading PMs, having built high-performing teams and shipped complex products.
- Deep expertise and experience working in payments, including acquiring and local payment networks in Latin America.
- A proven track record of building and scaling products across multiple markets.
- Customer-centric and data-driven approach, always anchored in impact.
- Ability to simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.
- Capacity to take full ownership and operate autonomously.
- Fluent in English.
