Job Description:As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business success through strategic operations. Your primary goal will be to deliver tailored solutions to local business teams, facilitating effective cross-border communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Business Partner (BP) for product teams, deeply involved in product demand management, launch implementation, performance review, and feedback improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities and challenges for target business teams through market research, user studies, metric system development, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate efficient workflows and coordination mechanisms to drive closed-loop improvements between product and business teams.
Experience in project management, product management, or business operations at an internet company or large multinational corporation is essential. You must have strong cross-functional/cross-cultural communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and fluency in Portuguese (optional).
- Willingness to travel internationally for work assignments.
- Participate in the growth of a country from scratch, with opportunities to explore diverse business prospects and partnerships.
- Engage in business goal and strategy formulation, playing a pivotal role in our organization's objectives and development direction.
