Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting across various business areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting and planning for sales, material and logistic costs, and profitability.
  • Preparing actuals reports and analyzing variances in sales, material and logistic costs, and R&D expenses.
  • Developing monthly reports on contribution margins by product level.
  • Managing R&D project data, including cost tracking, customer reimbursements, and intra-company allocations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent English language skills, with fluency being a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
