Job Title: Demand Planning Manager
The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning professional to lead our Sales & Operations Planning process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution and engagement from all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Maintain the S&OP process on track, ensuring consistent participation and engagement from all contributors.
- Meeting Facilitation: Run S&OP meetings, presenting information, engaging stakeholders, making decisions, and articulating execution plans.
- Scenario Analysis: Prepare demand and supply scenarios, analyze risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Track metrics related to stakeholder engagement and outcome of the S&OP or IBP process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
