Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of International Assignment Manager. As a key member of our International Assignments team, you will be responsible for overseeing international assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Central point of contact for all stakeholders in the day-to-day management of short- and long-term international assignments.
  • Work closely with the international assignment advisor and Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of our International Assignments program.
  • Manage international assignments, acting as the single point of contact for the assignee and family to provide advice in the end-to-end management of their individual assignment.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure timely and compliant services while maintaining a smooth relocation process for our assignees.
  • Participate in projects related to Global Mobility in general and International Assignments specifically.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Tax, or Law).
  • Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
  • Team player with good organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities.
