Job Title: Latin America Fixed Income Data Team Leader

Job Description:
Are you a seasoned data leader with experience in fixed income markets?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Data Team Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of data analysts based in São Paulo and Mexico City.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of data analysts to deliver timely and accurate financial data.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency and quality across regions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of fixed income funding markets, including Latin American domestic markets, money markets, IG/HY bonds, and IG/Lev Loans
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
