We're seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our team. As a Content Designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting engaging product content that resonates with users.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You'll work closely with our IBM Automation Content Team to design and develop comprehensive, user-centric product content. This will involve identifying areas for improvement in user content delivery, establishing content architecture, and implementing processes that meet the requirements for various integrations of RPA functionality in Cloud Pak for Business Automation and other Automation Cloud Paks.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong technical communication skills, experience as an information architect, technical writer, or content creator/editor, preferably in a software company. You should be technically savvy, have genuine curiosity for leading-edge technologies (AI, machine learning), and always be learning. Problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and excellent writing skills are also essential. Additionally, knowledge of structured writing and markup languages (Markdown or DITA XML), audio and video scripting and editing skills, Microsoft Office apps skills, experience with working in an agile development environment, and practical experience with object-oriented programming or good understanding of concepts are highly valued.
