Job Purpose:
We seek an experienced Data Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and reporting of data and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for any data-related questions and issues;
- Collect, prepare, and provide data input for all relevant deliverables within agreed time frames;
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and information;
- Compile and analyze data and information to identify trends and recurring themes;
- Highlight concerns proactively and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders to minimize delays in deliverables;
- Monitor reported incidents and track corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data collection, preparation, and analysis;
- Strong understanding of data integrity and quality control principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
