This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills to lead the execution of small projects.
About the Job:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing small projects in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets. The primary goal is to drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
- Monitor and control project progress, resources, and financials.
- Identify and manage risks while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer inquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Fluent English level.
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
