Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on fixed-price and short-term projects.

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive project success;
  • Lead pre-sales efforts, showcasing capabilities and supporting business development;
  • Implement best practices in project management, improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed-price and short-term projects;
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets;
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
