Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Development Program intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including risk management, credit analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Conduct credit analysis and provide recommendations to management
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
  • Professional proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business concepts and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, or a similar area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL and Looker reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
