Global Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish trust-based relationships with major clients
  • To acquire in-depth knowledge of client needs and requirements
  • To expand existing customer relationships through continuous solution proposals
  • To ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • To serve as a communication link between key customers and internal teams
  • To resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust
  • To play an integral role in generating new sales opportunities
  • To provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a key account in transportation or logistics industry
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and negotiate
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field
