We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a senior associate in fixed asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large or multi-discipline projects, overseeing consultants to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans that meet client requirements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and maximum profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, maintaining adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to team members, promoting excellent client service and relationships.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and close new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant academic background in fields such as engineering, accounting, or related disciplines for valuation consulting.
  • Project management experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
  • Knowledge of English language is advantageous in this role.
