Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop expertise and assist project managers with real and personal property valuations for all purposes. This involves comprehensive training, fixed asset inventories, and knowledge of services provided by our company.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills with Microsoft Office and excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel is essential, and desirable knowledge of the English language is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise and assist project managers with real and personal property valuations for all purposes.
  • Assist project managers in fixed asset inventories for buildings, machinery, and equipment, infrastructure, land, and land improvements.
  • Develop knowledge of services provided by our company and concepts relating to appraisal industry and accounting.
  • Learn proprietary software and other valuation resources provided by the company.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on all assignments.
  • Develop fortnightly report hours and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Graduated (or studying) Engineering, Accounting, or related technical fields.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
  • Desirable knowledge of the English language.
