Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to play a key role in driving business growth and success through effective talent acquisition strategies.

  • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to leverage their expertise and experience in developing and executing talent acquisition plans that deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor market trends and be able to provide guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and execute talent acquisition plans that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on selection processes and hiring decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates that meet the business's requirements
  • Negotiate employment offers and successfully close candidates who meet the company's standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment, preferably in industries such as medical, life sciences, biotech, pharma, or related fields
  • Proven track record of performing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand labor market trends and their impact on business operations
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and selection models, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with Boolean searches and professional networking techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
