Job Overview

As a key member of the demand planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging data analytics and tools to make informed decisions.

The SIOP Demand Manager role is responsible for developing, deploying, and executing the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process with dealers and customers.

  • Leveraging entity processes across the organization, dealers, and customers to achieve optimized inventory levels and cost savings.
  • Improving parts planning and fulfillment effectiveness through proactive collaboration and leadership.
  • Achieving planned component DIFOT goals, inventory optimization, and cost reduction targets.
Responsibilities

Develop and deploy the SIOP process with dealers and key customers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data analytics and tools to inform decision-making.

Lead initiatives to improve parts planning and fulfillment effectiveness, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and reduced costs.

Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve planned component DIFOT goals, inventory optimization, and cost reduction targets.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring continuous process refinement and enhancement.
