- Lead technical franchise operations to support target settings for each bottling plant while ensuring efficient execution.
- Implement production footprint, managing bottler/co-packer balanced scorecard, and optimizing manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements.
- Act as the execution arm for Technical Innovation and Supply Chain, aligning operation strategies with bottlers/co-packers.
- Provide in-market operational support for FAB in product/package, supply chain, production infrastructure, regulatory, processes, people, and cost optimization solutions to drive growth in the specific territory.
