Senior Accounting Professional

The ideal candidate will support accounting and external reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely U.S. GAAP reporting and statutory financial reporting. They will reconcile and adjust general ledger accounts and/or bank statements, performing moderately complex analyses of performance results.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting accounting and external reporting activities, including U.S. GAAP reporting and statutory financial reporting.
- Reconciling and adjusting general ledger accounts and/or bank statements.
- Performing moderately complex analyses of performance results.
- Contributing to a strong controls and compliance environment and complying with Mondelēz International's AER policies.
- Supporting audit activities and providing information on auditors' requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical expertise in accounting and external reporting, including knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS or local GAAP, close processes, and financial reporting systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Business acumen and experience working in FMCG/CPG Industry or Big Four accounting preferred.
- Leadership skills, including proven business partnering and communication skills.
- Growth/digital mindset and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.
