The ideal candidate will have experience in managing spare parts and service tools inventory, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficient logistics operations. Additionally, they will oversee the spare parts forecast process, including importation, exportation, and inventory management.
The selected candidate will also supervise the spare parts logistics process to the field services engineer team, including invoicing and return cycle. Collaboration with other areas such as supply chain, transportation, sales, and marketing will be essential to align operations with business needs.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the technical services operations team.
- Manage spare parts and service tools inventory, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficiency in logistics operations.
- Oversight of spare parts forecast process, including importation, exportation, and inventory management.
- Supervision of spare parts logistics process to the field services engineer team, including invoicing and return cycle.
- Closely collaborate with other areas such as supply chain, transportation, sales, and marketing to align operations with business needs.
- Previous experience in technical services, operations, or related roles, preferably in regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of imports and logistics.
- Ability to manage people.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Green Belt Certification and Project Management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Teamwork and customer focus.
- Innovation and adaptability.
