Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trust Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in trust administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary banding of EUR 30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including trusts and companies;
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting minutes and resolutions, preparing documents, and liaising with clients and stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including statutory records and annual reviews;
  • Delegation and review of work to junior members of the team;
  • Ad hoc project work;

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' relevant experience in trust administration;
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent;
  • Studying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Good numeracy and computer skills;
  • A positive 'can do' attitude;
  • Good team player;
  • Ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision;
  • A strong attention to detail and organisation;
