Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at PayPal, you will be the primary owner of strategic relationships with key leaders in merchant organizations. Your expertise will be instrumental in uncovering and addressing servicing roadblocks, mitigating escalations, and identifying new and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for PayPal.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow merchant relationships and drive portfolio growth
- Act as the internal merchant advocate, collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively deliver value to merchants through ongoing use and optimization of existing products
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute servicing needs and address servicing roadblocks
- Minimum 7 years of customer success or account servicing experience with complex, enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customers, developing opportunities, and exceeding new business targets
- Proven consultative sales abilities and ability to work well in a matrix environment
- Competitive salary range: $64,000 - $156,750
